Writer & Investigative Journalist

Kacie holds a MS in Journalism from Northwestern University,  specializing in Social Justice Journalism & Media Law. Her journalism and creative writing are featured in newsrooms and publications across the nation, including Pulitzer Prize winning outlets. She also teaches AP English Language and Honors English. Born and raised in East Tennessee, Kacie splits her time between Chicago and Appalachia. When not writing or reporting, she's most likely out with friends or chasing her nieces and nephew.
